Refund policy

We want you to LOVE our products and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We offer a 15 day return policy (from the date of delivery shown by the shipping company) on all boutique clothing and graphic tees.

Customized/personalized items, sale items and hats are final sale. No returns/refunds will be accepted for these items. 

If your order qualifies for a return/refund, please send an email to customerservice@cjandbo.com and include the following information:

Full Name

Items to be returned/refunded

Reason for return

If the reason for return/refund is damage, a photo of the damage MUST be included.

 

To be eligible for a return, product must be unused/unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods and must be returned within our stated return/refund timeframe. When returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified within 5 business days of refund processing. ONLY the cost of the product will be refunded - not the original shipping cost.
